Design and Construction Management
Prime Architects provides comprehensive architectural and building operations services to both government and commercial clients. We are a CVE verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as well as an SBA-certified 8(a) firm. Prime Architects orchestrates the integration and management of architectural and engineering systems in buildings. Since 2013, the firm’s creative and technical strengths have allowed us to excel at a variety of project types.
Our government experience ranges from architectural and engineering design for the VA to full-service facility operations services for the GSA. We currently hold several IDIQ and individual project contracts with both the VA and the UASCE. Our commercial work is focused on small commercial developments and adaptive reuse/revitalization projects in the metro Oklahoma City area. With dozens of projects in our portfolio, Prime Architects draws on management’s and staff’s average 16 years’ experience in the architectural field when creating personalized design solutions for our clients.

Facility Operations Services
Lavastida Development Group provides comprehensive Facility Operations for government-owned buildings that range in size from 9,000 square feet to 275,000 square feet. We offer diversified quality management services for all aspects of building management, including complete mechanical maintenance, HVAC maintenance and repair, and comprehensive janitorial, security, and grounds services.
Lavastida Development Group currently holds contracts to provides facilities support services to the following government agencies: General Services Administration (GSA): 816,000 GSF, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA): 79,000 GSF.
